Viewing, Editing or Removing Supporters

Only Account Managers can edit or remove supporters.

Supporters can have their Life Domain Access edited, their personal information edited, or can have their access to the LCO account removed.


To begin making edits use the navigation panel on the left side, click on "Supporters"

Edit Life Domain Permission Level

As an account manager, you can use this page to edit permissions based on Life Domains. You can select Most/Less/Least for each supporter based on Life Domain.

How to View Supporters

To see an overview of supporters on the team,  go to the Supporter page and click "List Supporters"on the top right. This view will show you a list of all supporters and whether they have Account Manager or User Access.

How to Edir or Delete Supporters

  1. Navigate to Supporters: Use the navigation panel on the left side and click on "Supporters"
    1. Edit Life Domain Permission Level:
      • As an Account Manager, you can edit permissions based on Life Domains
      • Select the permission level (Most/Less/Least) for each supporter for each Life Domain
      • Learn More about permissions here
    2. Edit or Delete Supporter Profile Information
      • Click the "List Supporters" button at the top right. This will take you to a page where you can see everyone on this person's LifeCourse Team.
      • Find the card for the supporter you want to edit, choose:
        • Edit: To change their information.
        • Resend Invitation: To send another email inviting them to access the LCO account.
        • Delete: To remove their access to the account.
