Forgot My Password

When logging in, please note that email addresses and passwords are case-sensitive.

Follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Go to the login page at app.lifecourseonline.com/login/ 
2. Click “Forgot Password?” on the bottom left
3. Enter the email address that is connected to your LifeCourseOnline account
4. Click “Reset my Password”. 
5. Check your email and click the link to reset your password.
6. Enter your new password twice, and click “Change my Password”.

If you don't receive an email, check your junk/spam folder. If there is nothing there, please check that your email was entered correctly when following the steps above.

Remember

• Your password can’t be too similar to your other personal information.
• Your password must contain at least 8 characters.
• Your password can’t be a commonly used password.
• Your password can’t be entirely numeric.
• Your password must contain at least one special character.
• Your password is case-sensitive.
